HAVE SERVICES OPC · VERSION 22

Terms & Conditions.

Effective 3 November 2026. HaveBookings connects clients with hosts offering Hotels, Auto, Vacation and Eat services, and sellers offering physical goods in Shop. These terms describe bookings, payments, Live broadcasts, gifts and community participation. Review the specific offer and saved cancellation terms before paying.

Accounts and Accurate Offers

Use your own account and accurate contact details. Hosts must be authorized to provide their offers, have permission to publish their photos, describe availability and prices accurately, and submit Hotels, Auto, Vacation and Eat listings for approval by the owner or an authorized Listing Reviewer. Shop products may be published before identity verification and remain subject to reports and moderation. Registration alone does not approve a listing or authorize a payout.

Host and Seller Identity

Hosts and sellers must use their own full legal name and provide accurate identity, address and contact information. Listings may be created before identity verification and without bank details. Hotels, Auto, Vacation and Eat listings require listing approval. Approved listings can receive bookings and active Shop products can receive orders while KYC is pending. Earned balances are retained; withdrawals require approved identity verification. A registered business name requires review of business registration and authorization. Identity review helps establish who is offering a listing; it does not guarantee the safety or quality of a transaction.

Payout details may be completed later, before cash-out. The recipient name must match the verified legal name or reviewed registered business name, and account ownership must be reviewed. Incorrect or inconsistent names require correction or support review. Updating identity details reopens review and locks new withdrawals. Pending or incomplete KYC alone does not hide listings or block bookings. Unresolved identity issues restrict new payouts; they do not automatically erase earned balances or existing booking and payment records.

Payments and Booking Credits

Real customer payments are collected by HAVE SERVICES OPC through Xendit. Hotels, Auto and Vacation take a 20% reservation payment and the remaining 80% after host acceptance. Eat requires full payment; direct payments open after kitchen acceptance, while booking credits are deducted on request. A booking is not paid merely because checkout redirected successfully; payment is checked against the provider.

Cash-ins and any previously earned promo credits are non-withdrawable booking credits used for eligible bookings. They are separate from Withdrawable Earnings. Use of booking credits follows the saved booking cancellation policy; eligible credit-funded refunds restore the original principal and promo portions, including mixed payments. No additional cancellation admin fee is charged; saved booking-policy retention still applies.

Orders with a total below ₱500, including Shop shipping, use HaveBookings wallet credits only. If the available wallet balance is insufficient for the amount due, the buyer is directed to a ₱500 cash-in before returning to the saved order. The minimum new cash-in is ₱500. Verified cash-ins add only the amount paid, and unused credits remain in the wallet. Orders of ₱500 or more retain the available direct-payment options. Existing payment sessions remain subject to reconciliation.

Booking Requests and Payment Deadlines

Booking credits are deducted when you confirm your request and returned if the host declines or misses the response deadline. Direct GCash/card payments open only after host acceptance. Advance travel requests allow up to 24 hours for the host and up to 24 hours for payment; near-term trips have shorter deadlines before the service starts. Eat allows 10 minutes for each step. Open checkout before that deadline. For travel, the deadline leaves 11 minutes for checkout before the scheduled start. Xendit checkout has a minimum 10-minute window with a short processing buffer; an active payment can keep the slot held beyond the deadline until verified. Uncertain payments are verified before a slot is released.

Seasonal Prices and Advance Bookings

Hosts control special-date rates. The reviewed price is saved when you submit a booking. Hotels charge per night, Vacation per traveler on the departure date, and Auto per rental-day block starting at the selected pickup time, including the saved half-day and hourly rules. Auto and Hotels calendars support advance dates up to 24 months ahead; each new Auto booking is limited to 30 rental days and each new Hotel booking to 30 nights.

New bookings with seasonal pricing may be rescheduled once, subject to host approval. A higher-priced date requires the displayed additional payment from booking credits; cash in if needed. Lower-priced dates do not create a refund. Original dates remain reserved until approval, payment and availability checks succeed. Earlier bookings keep their original reschedule price terms.

Auto and Hotel hosts may enable optional weekly (7+), fortnightly (14+) and monthly (30) discounts for each listing. The highest eligible tier applies once to the seasonal-rate subtotal. A shorter booking may receive a price cap if a longer package starting on the same date would cost less; only the selected dates are reserved. The quote shows the saving, and the accepted policy is saved with the booking. Later host edits do not change an existing booking. Commissions use the final discounted eligible booking amount.

Cancellation and Fulfillment

For new Hotels, Auto and Vacation bookings: the 20% reservation payment is refundable for client cancellation at least 14 days (336 hours) before the scheduled start. Within 14 days it is non-refundable. Once fully paid, voluntary cancellation is non-refundable; one host-approved reschedule is allowed before the original start, subject to availability, for the same listing, duration, travelers, with any applicable price difference shown for consent. Original dates remain reserved until approval and payment of any difference. A declined request does not use the allowance. Host decline or failure remains eligible for refund/support review. Eat follows its separate policy.

Existing bookings retain the cancellation policy accepted when booked. Approved reschedules are recorded separately; no automatic price change or additional cancellation admin fee is applied. Requests and approvals must happen before the original service start.

Eat clients may cancel before kitchen acceptance for a full eligible refund. After acceptance there is no self-service cancellation; contact support for service issues. Approved refunds are tracked separately from payment verification, and provider posting times may apply. Your booking’s saved terms show the applicable dates and policy.

Auto Rental Times and Return Review

Choose exact pick-up and return times in Philippine time. Up to 12 hours: 75% of the daily rate. Over 12–24 hours: one full day. Beyond 24 hours: daily rate ÷ 24 per extra hour, prorated per minute. Late return after the agreed return: daily rate ÷ 12 per hour, prorated per minute, capped at 75% of the daily rate per 12-hour late period. Each new 12-hour late period starts a new cap. A late fee does not authorize an extension. Host records actual return; client confirms or disputes it before any late fee payment. Disputes require admin review. Earnings release only after settlement and host completion.

These hourly and late-return rules apply only to new Auto bookings that display and save them at checkout. Existing bookings retain their original terms. Confirmed late fees are paid from cash-in balance funded through Xendit; promo credits cannot pay these fees. The host receives 80% of settled late fees and the company receives 20%. Late fees do not generate referral commissions. A disputed return holds the booking’s earnings until resolution and host completion. An admin who is a participant in the booking cannot resolve their own dispute.

Host Earnings and Cash-Out

Hosts receive 80% of the booking total. Eat host earnings become eligible after acceptance; other services require full payment and completion. The company’s 20% pool funds eligible Have Basket creator commissions and retains the remainder. Cash-out is requested by the account holder to a bank account or e-wallet they own, after recipient ownership review. Minimum cash-out for new requests is the PHP equivalent of US$100, using the dated ECB reference rate supplied through Frankfurter. USD figures are estimates; earnings and payouts are held and paid in PHP. Rates are refreshed at least hourly when requested; the last valid reference rate may be used for up to five calendar days over weekends, holidays or a provider interruption. New quotes pause when no sufficiently recent rate is available. Each withdrawal quote shows the exact PHP amount, rate date and recipient and expires after ten minutes. The confirmed PHP amount is fixed for that request. Provider payout fees are covered by HaveBookings and are not deducted from the quoted recipient amount. Earlier payout requests retain their saved amount. Xendit processing, account eligibility and sufficient platform funds apply.

Shop Products and Delivery

Full payment includes the item and disclosed shipping fee. Seller arranges courier delivery; no buyer pickup. Keep communication and payments on HaveBookings. You may remove cart items or cancel unpaid orders. After successful payment, change-of-mind cancellation is unavailable. Report wrong, defective, damaged or undelivered items for review, repair, replacement or refund as appropriate; consumer rights remain unaffected. Check the item before confirming receipt. Confirmation releases seller earnings and any commissions saved with the order. Seller-entered tracking is not independent courier verification. No automatic completion deadline applies.

Shop supports lawful physical goods that can be delivered by a courier. Vehicle sales, property sales, services, dangerous goods, counterfeit goods and other prohibited goods are excluded. Sellers must describe products accurately, hold the stock they advertise, follow their courier’s acceptance rules and have rights to their photos. Publishing does not mean HaveBookings has verified a product.

Sellers set a separate shipping fee for each supported Philippine region before checkout and must honor the saved fee. Shop currently handles one product per order, with up to 20 units. Courier arrangements and drop-off are the seller’s responsibility. There is no connected J&T business account or automatic courier proof of delivery; uploaded receipts and delivery evidence are seller supplied. A QR code or seller status update does not release earnings.

After the buyer confirms receipt, the seller receives 80% of the product subtotal plus the saved shipping fee. The company retains 20% of the product subtotal before fees and expenses. Shipping is excluded from the commission basis. New Shop orders do not generate referral commissions. Earlier orders retain any commissions saved when they were placed, subject to completion and refund rules. Confirmed seller-fault refunds under the new accepted seller policy retain the regular platform commission as a separate seller charge. Shop earnings use the existing Withdrawable Earnings cash-out flow.

Report order issues before confirming receipt. A disputed order holds earnings until independent owner review. Unpaid orders can be cancelled and cart items removed. Paid orders under the new policy do not allow change-of-mind cancellation. Wrong, defective, damaged or undelivered goods remain eligible for review and applicable remedies; older orders retain their saved cancellation terms. Refund arrival depends on the payment provider. If receipt cannot be confirmed or a problem appears after completion, contact Support for review. Existing completed earnings are not automatically reversed by a later report. Keep all payments on HaveBookings; confirmed attempts to divert a transaction may lead to suspension or a ban.

The regular platform commission is 20% of item value, excluding shipping. After independent review confirms seller fault and approves a refund, the regular 20% commission remains due and an additional 20% seller-fault penalty applies to item value. These are separate charges, deducted from available or future seller earnings. The buyer refund is not reduced or delayed because seller earnings are insufficient. Findings, evidence and charges are recorded; contact support to challenge a finding. These terms apply only to new orders after acceptance.

Previous Cash-In Promotions

The 10% cash-in bonus and the ₱100 cash-in referral reward have ended, including unverified cash-ins and pending invitation rewards. No bonus is issued for signing up or cashing in. Previously credited balances and payment history are retained.

Previous Referral Program

New client and host/seller referral registration and booking rewards have ended. New bookings do not generate client-chain or host/seller-inviter commissions. Previously earned balances and the referral commissions saved with earlier bookings remain subject to their original completion and payout requirements. Existing transaction and financial history is retained.

Live Broadcasts and Gift Earnings

Signed-in members can preview their camera and go live without a creator application, follower minimum or payout account. There is no daily limit on the number of broadcasts a member may start. Each broadcast may last up to 24 hours, subject to service availability and account restrictions. Camera permission is required to preview and broadcast video; microphone access is needed for broadcast audio. Members can set up their payout account later, before withdrawing earnings. Gift earnings can accumulate when platform gifting is enabled. To withdraw gift earnings, complete identity and payout-account review and have at least the PHP equivalent of US$100 in eligible earnings. New creator gift payouts have a ₱10,000 maximum per request, including the first payout, and use the same displayed exchange-rate and quote policy. Settlement checks, holds, payout limits and owner review still apply. Gift earnings are separate from merchant booking earnings.

Live Hearts, Shares, Gifts and Leaderboards

Free hearts may be sent without a tap limit. Each tap contributes one ranking point, up to 100 points per viewer, per creator, per hour. Further taps may still display hearts but do not add ranking points after that hourly cap. Gifts contribute 10 points per credit based on their total gift value. A verified share sent through HaveBookings chat adds 10 points, once per viewer, per creator, per hour.

Creator rankings combine qualifying heart, share and gift points. Gifter rankings use gift value only. Self-gifts and gifts funded by disputed or invalid payments do not count toward rankings. Daily leaderboards reset at midnight in Manila, and weekly leaderboards reset on Monday at midnight in Manila. Rankings provide recognition and do not award a cash prize.

Live 1v1 Battles

The same heart, share and gift scoring rules apply during battles: free hearts contribute up to 100 points per viewer, per creator, per hour, and gifts contribute 10 points per credit. Only qualifying support sent during the scored round counts toward that battle. A battle does not reset the hourly heart or share limits.

There is no cash prize or transfer of gift earnings between creators. Gift earnings stay with the creator who receives the gift, regardless of the battle result, and remain subject to the gift-earnings and withdrawal requirements above.

Have Basket and Influencer Bookings

Approved creators may feature up to 10 approved listings from other merchants and pin one offer in their live. Opening a basket offer during an active broadcast creates a booking link for the signed-in viewer, valid for 24 hours and one new booking. The selected link identifies the creator. The creator earns an additional 2% of a qualifying fully paid, completed booking, including promo-funded amounts and eligible reschedule increases. For Eat, the linked item must be in the verified order from the same restaurant; the commission covers that order. Late fees are excluded. Own purchases, own listings, cancelled, refunded and test bookings do not generate this commission.

Have Basket commission is funded from the existing 20% company pool and does not increase the client’s price or reduce the host’s 80% share. For new qualifying bookings, the creator receives 2% of the eligible booking basis from that pool. Earlier bookings retain any previously saved referral obligations. Booking commissions appear in Withdrawable Earnings, separately from gift earnings, and use the existing verified payout-account and cash-out requirements. Existing bookings and already credited earnings are unchanged.

Private Messages and On-Platform Transactions

Chat with other HaveBookings members. New conversations between people who do not follow each other begin with one message request, which the recipient can accept or decline. Be respectful: no harassment, scams or spam. You can block or report a conversation. Confirmed abuse may lead to messaging suspension or a ban. Keep any bookings and payments on HaveBookings.

Any signed-in member may send a personal message request from another member’s public profile. If you follow each other, a new chat opens directly. Otherwise, the sender can send one message until the recipient accepts. The recipient can decline or block the request. Accepted conversations remain available after an unfollow; use Block to stop further contact. Personal chats do not require a booking. Confirmed abuse may result in messaging restrictions after owner review.

Join group conversations by invitation. After accepting, members can read earlier messages to catch up, including messages sent before they joined. New members you invite will also see the group history after joining. The group admin can rename the group and invite or remove members. You can leave at any time and report abuse. Keep bookings and payments on HaveBookings. Reported messages may be reviewed by the platform owner.

Groups support up to 25 joined or invited members. Leaving or being removed ends access to the group. The creator owns the group and can appoint or remove additional admins. Active admins can manage members. Left or removed members can receive a new invitation and regain access to history after accepting. If the owner leaves, another joined member becomes owner; a group with no joined members closes. Messages from blocked accounts are hidden from each other within groups.

Keep bookings and payments on HaveBookings. Do not use messages to move a transaction off-platform or avoid platform fees. Confirmed violations may lead to seller suspension or a permanent seller ban.

Use Messages to ask listing owners about availability, requirements, pickup or check-in details. Messages do not confirm a booking, identity verification or payment. Complete requests, confirmations and payments through the listing’s HaveBookings booking flow.

Messages are private between participants. If a conversation is reported, the platform owner may review its messages to investigate. Never send passwords, PINs or OTPs.

Report suspected off-platform payment requests, scams, harassment or spam from the conversation options. Reports require review; a report alone does not automatically ban a seller. A confirmed seller suspension or ban prevents new listings, new bookings and messaging. Existing bookings, payment records and support access remain available for fulfillment and resolution. Contact Support to request a review of a restriction.

Support and Account Information

Review payments, refunds, earnings and payout status in your account. Report inaccuracies, unauthorized activity or service problems through Contact & Support. Do not share passwords, PINs or OTPs. Read our Privacy Notice for information handling and account-data requests.
